Our Return and Exchange Policy

We welcome Return and Exchange of items bought from our store under the following situations:

  1. The item(s) to be exchanged is accompanied by the original receipt.
  2. The item(s) to be exchanged was not damaged due to buyer's mishandling.

Likewise, please be informed that under the following situations, we will NOT entertain and Refund or Exchange (as per The Consumer Act of the Philippines RA7394):

  1. The item(s) to be exchanged was/were damaged due to mishandling of buyer.
  2. The buyer is aware that the item(s) was/were bought on sale.

Price Discrepancy

In the event that there is a price discrepancy between our tags and our computer system, the computer price shall always prevail. This is due to the difficulties that occur during tag/label preparation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
