Returns and Exchanges

Online Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping online, we hope you love your purchase. IF however, the merchandise you received is not to your satisfaction, the following are the OPTIONS available for return and exchange.

OPTION 1: Return items by shipping to TFC
1. Contact us through any of our numbers or send us an email through online@theflowercollection.com.ph
2. Ship/send the item to tfc within 30 days* from the time that the item was received**
3. Item for return should be sent with the Return & Exchange form completely filled out - to advise us of your preference for the return/exchange 
4 Please note that item must be in new and original condition as purchased

*30 days applies to all shipment - domestic or international purchases.               TFC should receive the item within the 30-day period from the time that the item was received by the customer.
** This would be based on our tracking of the shipment. 

Return the item WITH (1) the printout of the invoice and (2) the returns/exchange form to the address below. Please do not re-use the courier or packaging bag which came with your delivery. You need to send back the item in different packaging. Shipping cost (to return the item to TFC) will be shouldered by the customer. Items for exchange will be shipped back to you free of charge [applicable only for domestic shipments].

OPTION 2: Return items through any of our boutiques
For your convenience, items purchased online may also be returned in any of our boutiques, simply
1. Contact us through any of our numbers or send us an email through online@theflowercollection.com.ph
2. Once we confirm that item for exchange is in the boutique, visit our boutique to return the item together WITH (a) a printout of the invoice and (b) a completely filled out Return & Exchange form. **
3. Return of the item to our boutique should be within 30 days* from the time that the item was received**.

*30 days applies to all shipment - domestic or international purchases.               TFC should receive the item within the 30-day period from the time that the item was received by the customer.
** This would be based on our tracking of the shipment. 

 

 

OPTION 3: Get Refunds in the form of Store Credits
Contact us through any of our numbers or send us an email through online@theflowercollection.com.ph for details. Item for return should be received by TFC within 30 days* from the time that the item was received**.

*30 days applies to all shipment - domestic or international purchases.               TFC should receive the item within the 30-day period from the time that the item was received by the customer.
** This would be based on our tracking of the shipment. 

 

Defective/Damaged Item
In case the item you receive has factory defects, please advise us about this immediately within 24 hours upon receiving the item(s).
Damaged items may be replaced with the same item originally purchased, but this is subject to stock availability.


Please note that the Online Store cannot accept returns or exchanges for item(s) that was/were purchased through any The Flower Collection store.
